New Santa Barbara Market Report Available

I just posted an updated market report for Santa Barbara real estate on our home page. Things are getting better in the low end for Santa Barbara and the extreme high end, $4,000,000 - $10,000,000 has come to life recently as well.

Client Appreciation Private Movie Screening

Last Saturday morning The Santa Barbara Group hosted a private movie screening of the new 3D animated film, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. What a fun movie and sucessfull event. 160 guest joined us for the private screen, it was a blast. We will be doing it again soon so please contact us if you want to be invited.
