It Pays to Live in Santa Barbara

Santa Barbara has been acknowledged once again for the amazing lifestyle it affords its residents. With it’s near perfect year-round climate, endless recreation and entertainment choices, people around the world dream of such a town to call home. For those of us who are fortunate enough to live here it does come with a steep price. If you have not noticed paradise is not cheap. Santa Barbara real estate is very expensive as are other world class destination cities. MSN Real Estate recently studied the priciest cities and what you get for live in them. The results appeared in an article by Mathew Bandyke called “10 Pricey Cities That Pay Off.” Santa Barbara ranked number two under San Francisco. So remember that life is short and you only get one chance to live in paradise. It pays to live in Santa Barbara.
