Matthew Woolsey at Forbs.com recently studied the housing market by looking at 161 of the country's largest metropolitan statistical areas. The study looked for cities where sales have picked up the most, and where foreclosure sales where the lowest in the percentage of total sales. Santa Barbara came in at number 9. here are the rest of the results.
