Among the most affordable areas of Santa Barbara are the east and west-side neighborhoods. In general, these two neighborhoods lie on either side of lower State Street in Santa Barbara's downtown region.

Both areas have similarities as well as big differences. Rather than spell them out in an article, one of the Santa Barbara Group members, Joe Parker, grabbed his drone video guy and put together a very informative video about these two special parts of Santa Barbara.
